I usually stay at YMCA Salisbury, next to the mighty Peninsula, right across from the Science Museum thing, walking distance to the Canton Road shopping area...the harbour view from the room at night magical, esp during Christmas

Hi,
Anyone purchase or use the Tourist Tickets at Hong Kong ? :? -
fussyMummy:
shame on me, I have yet to use their Octopus card though I visit there so often.Hi,
Anyone purchase or use the Tourist Tickets at Hong Kong ? :?
the tourist tickets is more beneficial - cost wise -
hihi,
we r gg to HK in Dec.
is it worth to get the octopus card since we only have a day in HK and the rest of the time got free hotel transfer arrangement by the tour agent. So the day at HK we will take MTR from Mongkok to Central (to and fro) which we will then be using Ding Ding tram on HK Island mostly.
For 2 Adults and 2 children, buying the octopus card is not quite worth if we use like above schedule right?
Duno leh still thinking. if we buy have to get the refund muz let them \"eat\" some deposit money correct?
this hotel transfer thing, we still have to give the \"tips\" really hate it, not cheap leh, shouldn't have engage travel agent to book for us, we can jolly well book ourselves online in the first place, sigh, regret!
Those who wanna go HK on F&E, based on my experience, my advice is I recommend that you all book your flight and hotel yourselves online and do some homework to make full use of the trip. Not because we are Kisau parent or wad, but HK is not a cheap country to spent.
