Hi qms,
Do you know roughly how long does it take to withdraw from the registration?qms:
Yes, as long as within one phase, you are registered in one school only. -

With this yearโs eventful registration, it serves as a benchmark for parents registering next year. If I didnโt remember wrongly, 77 schools went for balloting. Thatโs a BIG number considering 2004 being the year with lowest birth rate.

Jane_lee88, you are scaring all of us kiasu newbies
Any statistics whether the balloting was for Phase2B or >2km etc? -

Which sch or area u r aiming for?
Hi mummy of 3, it's Bishan/TP area. Currently the focus is on Marymount, Ai Tong, CHIJ AMK (was told no volunteer for people > 1km), CHIJ TP(was told no chance) and KCheng. Any tips would be much appreciated for this kiasu newbie :?: -

How far away do u stay from these schools? Are u an ex-student of any of these schools? Are u a church member connected to the CHIJ schools or are u a SHHK member or grassroot leader? It is too late to do PV now if ur child is registering in 2011. If none of the above then u should look at phase 2C only.

And what is CHIJ AMK btw?? -
Hi Luanee
Sorry it's CHIJ St Nicholas Girls' Primary School actually. Some of we kiasu newbies like to refer it as CHIJ AMK
We are none of the above and we (a few kiasu newbies living in the same area) are going to register our children for 2013... The only advantage that we have is our close distance to the schools (some are <1km to Ai Tong whereas some are close to Marymount etc) The PV for some schools has already started btw and hence our fierce kiasu-ism and worries (yes the first time is always the hardest as some people say)
