I just heard from my hubby alot of them \"died\" on the sugee cake question???? Aiyoh... I was hoping at least win.... :x
I missed the answer to this question. The last girl lost on the question asking which MRT station is an interchange. The choices were Kallang, Paya Lebar, Lavendar (I think so) and Aljunied.[/quote]
Err... I didn't watch so can't comments.. Hopefully the students are not only good academically but lack general knowledge hence unable to answer general stuff. But on the other hand... MRT??? If the child don't take MRT, they are probably unaware too? -

I suppose just like story retelling, the child must sound confident, intonation, expressive,etc... inorder to get good scores. So if the child can include some actions, I suppose that will gain additional marks????

Therefore no need actions.

Yes, you are suppose to learn all the given ones and the teacher will draw lot for the chilld to recite. Stress right?

Ya precisely … And every poem got quite many sentences… Even if they were to remember by hard … On the testing date they might forget due to whatever reason … I really think it really don’t make sense to do that … Feel like voicing it out to the principal …

Hi vlim, my DS told me that his Chinese teacher told the class "only need to memorise 3 poems" instead.
U may want to check with your kid again.
