Anyone knows what's the orientation about? No details on exactly what are needed to be brought along.
To buy textbooks, school uniform, get to know the school and maybe form teacher and the classroom the kid will be in next year etc
Bring some $$. -

Actually the key part for the so-called orientation is the first 20-30 mins. If you have buddy system, your the other half can leave earlier and start to buy the items. There is really no need to stay till the end for the orientation. -
It’s actually nice to listen to d presentation at d hall. Gives u a picture of the sch’s system n programs. There is no need to buy everything on d orientation day. I bought d bks online n asked for home delivery. Save all d hassle of queueing n lugging them home. As for Sch uniform, there were a few dates after orientation when u can go to d Sch n buy them. Shorter queues n save lots if time.

Oh…forgot to mention that those kids taking Sch bus, must arrange on d orientation day. Dat’s 1 thing dat must be done on orientation day.

It takes a while to understand which PIC is in charge of your desired route.
Imagine cluster of parents asking questions, blah, blah, blah...
So I will advise to tackle this asap first before the books and uniform. -
