Condolences to the family and MM Lee who lost his soulmate. Hope he has recovered from his chest infection too. -
I kind of suspected that things were not quite right especially in recent weeks when first, Dr Lee Wei Ling wrote an article in The Sunday Times, followed by some comments by MM Lee himself a few weeks later.

MM Lee has lost his life partner. I feel very sad for him, bcos she is the one behind his success. A truly intelligent woman.
It’s unfortunate that MM is in the hospital then. I hope he will be able to get over his grief, although it is going to be very difficult bcos she has always been there for him. From his daughter’s articles, we got to know more about MM and his dedication to his wife. He’s truly a wonderful husband.
