Hi buds
Thanks for the detailed info.
Nowadays children get sick easily and Dr. often diagose them with either bronchitis or bronchiolitis. Hence, aircon is not advisable for them. My DD is one of them. Most of my colleagues child also had this problem.
Once they are in aircon place, they tend to cough easily and takes sometimes to heal.
Both my kids also afraid of warm, often need to on the aircon together with the Humidifier. After they fell asleep, I will off the aircon. -
oic, no wonder the viewing timing is different. i asked more than once and BP just don’t allow viewing during normal days… have u view other sch other than amazing star?

Hi chatelaine, my girls not afraid of being warm especially when they're
having fun with their friends but the rashes are extremely painful for
them. My husband side from MIL to all children ALL have history of
asthma. So, my first daughter was unfortunate to get it as well.
So to speak she had her first bronchitis when she was just a few
months old. It did not help the least that my MIL insist on keeping
a pet cat in the house. A stray one at that too.. so very dirty and
the fluff from all that fur... OMG! :faint: She used to get bronchitis
almost like every other week.. so tiring to care for.
I manage her asthma by removing the possible causes that can cause
her to have an allergy like jaga her food intake... ensure the rooms
are dust free (floor, curtains, etc) ... carpet/rug free... clean fan blades..
I also bring my girls to play outside a lot. Some sun will do them good...
Swimming has also helped her a lot. Now she is only on preventor puff;
which she takes only when she falls sick which is no longer that often &
also takes shorter time to recover. When she was younger we also teach
her how to cough out phlegm which helps as well on top of the medication
given by our family gp. -
Hi buds
Huh? I can’t imagine your MIL insist keeping a stray cat at the risk of your daughter’s health. Especially they already had a history of children having asthma.
I had one colleague, her DD was diagnosed with bronchitis since young. Till now she’s already 12yrs, she still can’t sleep in aircon room. -
Hi chatelaine, asthma has varying degrees of chronic-ness.
With constant care on our part DD1 manage to outgrow it a
little, bit by bit as she grew.. she is eating extremely well &
frankly you cannot tell she has asthma from her good size.
Uhhmmm..
Yaah.. that cat part. She said she ate more
salt than me... and that she had cats throughout her life with her
growing children... (No wonder, right!).... but she emphasized to
me (very blatantly) that none of her sons died.
So... go figure.
Well, she may have not darn cared abt her sons the way i care
for my girls. So; while she was ok with them being sick all the time
& telling people how she toiled and took care of often sickly children,
it was NOT OK with me.
To make things worse, my FIL and BIL smokes.
Thankfully, we are no longer staying together. -
Hi buds
It must have been tough on you.
Nowadays parents more kanchiong about their kids as compared to our parents time
:rotflmao: I were laughing when I saw this sentence \"(No wonder, right!).... but none of her sons died.
\"
U r really a fun person to be with :snuggles: I doubt your hubby ever get bored with U! -
He did get bored with me when i was fat.

Yes very tough.. but that's saved in another thread.
Ooh.. sorlie... i edited my post. SHE was the one
who told me in my face that none of her sons died
under her care when i sound out abt the cat thing.
Looking forward to better days now.. -

Hmm... your MIL sound sarcastic, isn't she?
