Unfortunately, we can't wait until agape events((( Our problem is really urgent! Could you advice, are there any other ways to communicate with management, but not with principal?

We go to NTU brunch (one-north).

It's sad, because we like teachers a lot and our kid likes agape much! We really don't want to drop our child from agape only because principal doesn't want to understand us...

Any feedback email which you can send to? Maybe it is there in their website.

The directors dun really hv their \"own\" office. But the Agape HQ is in CCK. However, the directors are all moving around fr ctr to ctr to hv meeting with their staffs. But wat i know, they all staying near Yew Tee area ...
I dun think u can call them directly .. as they dun hv their own office .. wat i can suggest to you, is to talk to them during agape events .. such as family day n etc ... The Agape Graduation ceremony is coming soon .. another 1 month down the road. U may wan to take this opportunity to talk to them.

Btw how old is ur child? and which ctr u put him in?

Do u know Mrs. Neo? She was the ex principal there. She is in Kallang branch now .. But she is very helpful
Alternative, u may wan to try your luck ... coz i know directors will go to One North for meeting .. and there meeting is normally btw 1-3pm (during children nap time) ...

I think you may wan to go there to take a look. If u asked me, i think the environment is better than normal HDB childcare ..
Teachers wise, depand which teacher u r getting ..:) but so far so good la ..

The agape little uni @ Serangoon is a Franchise Childcare by the same boss (Dominac) as the agape little uni @ Tampines but run by a lady principle called Veron. The childcare is located on the 1st floor and basement of a walkup apartment (The Stradia) and more than 85% of its lessons & classes are conducted in the basement. This childcare’s official opening was delay due to NO sprinkle system in their basement. 6 months grace period by MCYS is going to be due soon and they still do not have it installed. In addition, they also do NOT have proper lighting system along the escape path and stairs in case there is a fire or black-out in the basement. This is very dangerous to all the children and teachers there. On the other hand, the childcare was located next (less than 5 meter) to SPC Petrol Kiosk.


The teachers-to-student ratio was NOT what the childcare had promised and the cooking auntie was also ‘act’ as an assistant most of the time. The teachers are mostly NOT local.

Just some information for your consideration.
