What are collage classes? Are they for children who did not get into GEP but cleared the 1st round?

the collage class are for lower level, before P3 GEP screening

I think for phase 2B, 1-2km, does not have balloting for this year. Only those outside 2km needs balloting. Am I right?

Yes. This year's 2B balloting is for those outside 2km. You can see the numbers from http://www.nyps.moe.edu.sg/

Yes, you are correct - I saw wrongly. So for Genice, if you are within 1-2km and managed to get PV, chances is high.

Moving to within 1 km?? Will pp really do that? but i think quite difficult, very exensive hses over there other than the hdbs..
