One P1 student from my DD school cried before sitting for the SA1 exam. The reason she said \"I scare I cannot get full mark\"

        I really feel very sad for her.......... 😒 😞 😒 😞 😒 😞

        Very Very Sad.

It is not the system's fault. The parents have to be the one moderating their own and their kid's expectations.

I have heard from my daughter that one of her classmates recently cried when she had 95/100 for one of her tests. She told my daughter that her mother said that she had to get full marks! Really don’t understand what’s on the minds of some parents.

I am one of the kiasu mums too but I do not use marks as targets and it really takes the stress out of studying. I was preparing my kids for exams like any other mums but surprisingly my P2 daughter actually told me, β€˜mum exam is so really fun!’. Hope she adopts this attitude thru out her studying life!

The student who cried before the exam got full marks in one of the subjects. But I still hope she will not be so stressful in SA2.
