If those are too easy, try the original Nancy Drew series, Malory Towers, Jane Blonde -

Mine also loves Geronimo Stilton, but now she is hooked unto Charlie Bone series, which you can borrow from library. I am not sure what level is Charlie Bone books tho. I rem PH has a reading list that has respectively reading level (according to scores) next to the titles. You have it? I can dig it out if you like.Hi All

Basically, she chooses a wide varieties of books, ranges from Enid Blyton, Roald Dahl, Jacqueline Wilson, Jacqueline Woodson, Jenny Nimmon, Gwyneth Rees etc. These books are readily available in public libraries. She is also reading widely on non fiction.
Don't ask me abt Chinese books. She is in deep trouble for that! -
