I am looking at English and Chinese for now. My son's CL is no good at all, and afraid he cannot cope in RSS. For EL, he is taking ICL but they are full for next year's in take. So now I am left with no option. :roll:[/quote

Heard that Beijing and Han Language Centre are not bad, so you may want to consider. As for EL. unless u want to consider those tuition centre like Just Education and Mind Stretcher which are in Sengkang CC and Punggol, they are cheaper compared to MA, BC, ICR etc..

But to me it seems that these 2 people are always not around, so there is no difference if there is any change at all.
