Just Education - Discussion

Hi all,


I’m new here. Heard u all mentioning about Just Education. My child is currently in P1 and i’m also looking out for tuition for him too. Heard from my friends that in Punggol there will be another Just education so also keen to find out more and decide whether to enrol.

My friend’s child is currently in Hougang Just education and heard from her that her child is progessing well and the staff is also very friendly. How about punggol? Is it the same?

I just get to know that Just Education is opening 1 branch at Punggol Plaza. Will be operating in early Nov 2010.
Anyone has kids with Just Education?Pls advise if it is good. I think the prices is cheaper than Mind Stretchers.
I've seen the branch at Sengkang CC. It is always crowded and I always hear counter staff say \"On waiting list\" or \"Class is full\"

DS was with Just Education for maths from P2 right up till this month. He is in Sec 1 this year.

When DS joined, Just Education was called Just Maths. Then they branched out to include English and Science later. Overall, I found Just Education very systematic in their teaching and DS had quite good teachers there. I think how good a tuition centre is would depend largely on the quality of the teachers there. Classes with highly recommended teachers are usually full.

DS has come to a stage where he has now requested for 1-to-1 tuition as he has found group tuition doesn't give him a chance to clarify with the teacher as there are sometimes as many as 15 - 18 students in a class.

How’s the environment like over there? Course usually environment is also important…

Price is cheaper and they includes Composition. Other centre like Mind Stretchers had a seperate lesson, which double up the cost and time.
It also depends on your luck as what type of teacher's quality you are getting. My daughter is lucky to have a retired teacher teaching her this year.

Any good review about this Just Education? To bad they do not have any in Bt Merah area.

I called and find out that they actually have quite a no. of branches in Singapore and in fact in Malaysia too. They have their own set of curriculum which was done by their curriculum department.


Was intending to make a trip to the centre one of these days to find out more.

The one I saw at Sengkang CC 4th Floor was usually crowded.

I went in once and heard counter staff kept telling parents classes full / waiting list…most classes already taken up by existing students continuing next year…
