One more thing plum-cake: if you want to buy from Popular, also can. But certain things are SMPS-branded, like the art bag and some exercise books. They'll also sell you SMPS socks but that's optional, can wear your own white ones (your daughter of course, not you πŸ˜„ .)

But if you're a Popular member and can get discount on textbooks, then take advantage of that and get the other stuff from the school bookshop.

        Hi plum-cake,

You can buy everything on orientation day. Just bring lots of cash or your chequebook. You can also book transport and after-school care on that day. You may want to go as early as possible to avoid the crowds.
        Thanks again,
my daughter is in p1 now. p2 next yr. so is it on the same day as p1 or different day for us? ( to buy the books)
is your dd participating in the Deepavali dance program?
        THANk yOU!

                Hi everyone,

I received my orientation pack, my dd will be in P1 Joy next year. I don't think they have banding in P1 since the classes are already allocated.

Any mummies with dd in P1 Joy next year? πŸ˜„
