oic....the current students have not been informed of the new dismissal hours for Friday. Currently, the gate closing hours are 5.30pm to 6.40pm on all evenings..

When the sch refers to the gate closing hours, it is refering to the barrier at the guard house, not the main sch gate. Parents who drop or fetch their gals from sch can usually drive up to the foyer but once it's the gate closing hours, no cars will be allowed past the barrier, even with the car decal. The reason is because during this period, sch buses are driving into the sch compound and students in the AM sessions are going home after CCA and supplementary lessons. It's more a safety issue.

Yes, P1 Integrity is the class's name. It's a new initiative by the new principal. Currently, all classes are still known as 1A, 1B etc. From next year onwards, all classes will have new names to reflect the sch values. :lol: I hope they don't expect the pupils to write 1 Integrity, 1 Humility etc on their worksheets everyday. What long and bombastic words for small kids.... :shock: Imagine writing 1 Responsibility?? Maybe the gals can write 1I, IH or 1R instead.

Ohhh... such long class names for p1 kids..

I received the letter too. It stated that my gal will be in Primary 1 Responsibility class. It is such a long word. Anyone’s DD same class as her?

Ya lor, a bit disappointed with the sch admin. No proof reading on dates, ambiguity, disorganised (small scale compared to F1).

Thank god we have Tinkerbelle.

My frenz gal is in P1 Zeal (hope my DD will be in this class too, no need to learn how to spell P1 Responsibility, haha....)

Finally got the letter today. However, we couldn't make it for the Orientation as the time clashes with my DD Graduation Concert. We will have to go down to the school one of the day next week to make the neccessary payments.

I have just called the school and was told that there will be another letter stating the school bus vendors, where to get books and uniforms etc and what we will be paying on the 20th Nov. This letter will be sent out this week. So please keep a lookout.

As for the decal, as long as we submit this week will be fine. This is to facilitate the collection on 20th Nov.

My girl is in P1 Perserverance. OMG!! I don’t like this at all!! What’s wrong with Pr 1A, 1B, 1C??? The principle is trying too hard to be different… sorry if I have to put it that way. Even the admin staff who answered my call was also laughing at the name and she told me we can feedback to the principle on 20th Nov.

It's true, it seems more and more schools, especially the Catholic schools are naming their classes, instead of the traditional 1A, 1B, 1C...
