      Hi, I need help from experts out there.

      Was watching a programme on phonix lesson with my boy.

      It was highlighted that the letter “S” would make an ‘ssssss’ sound when it comes after consonants like “K” “F” “P” “T”.

      If “S” were to come after other consonants it would make a ‘zzzz’ sound.

      Example :
      Lips = lipss*
      Puffs = puffss*
      Fits = fitss*

      Pans = panzz*
      Hills = hillzz*

      Seeking for advise from experts out there…. Is this correct?.. Thank u….

          Was it the "Rock & Learn" Phonix that you watched?

            Yes, that’s right. Tot it is very good, cos it says sometimes "y" is one of the vowel too. I’m weak in phonic, so after seeing this, still know a bit. The word machine VCD not bad too.

                      hey Thomas,

                      Thanx so much for your well-elaborated explanation 🙂

                      The programme that I was referring to was "Rock & Learn", but am not too sure where it is produced though…

                      Anyway, really thanx so much for your reply.
