Your daughter's hair, long or short?

same same crmummy...My girl likes to have long hair. But I found it quite hard to mantain for her . Not only it is harder to dry, I need to spend time to 'do' her hair.
Now she got short hair, I can wash her hair at night and no need to worry that her hair will not be dry in time for bed.
mu girl used to hv very long hair and she doesnt like to comb her hair ( jus like mummy.. :lol: ). It was till one day dunno how the hell :? she got head lice!! I have no choice but to cut her hair till jus below the ear lobe . . she was crying while i am cutting her hair
. . she never let me cut her hair anything above the shoulder.
Everything is fine now and she cant wait to keep in long... -

It do wor... Even last year when my boys are in the child care centre, it oredi happened. The teacher told me last year case was from one of the kid whose elder sister also in primary school got it and spread to the kid.

I remember during my time, they call head lices GU DU. I’m sure it still exist since not everybody are hygenie…
I recently brought my girl for her very 1st proper haircut at
Curly & Spike located in UE Square.
Over the phone, I was told that my gal’s hair length will be charged at $33 for cut only. But after the cut, this stylist only charge us $23 since it’s my gal’s 1st hair cut. And another $5 off using OCBC card. Later she passed me a discount voucher for my next visit.
It’s ok. Simple trimming. When I came back home, I did a little touch up. I think I will get a proper scissor and probably cut my gal’s hair in future. -
My gals are very active (to the extent that they have to be instructed to walk slowly, ‘cos they love running and jumping around) and their features are a little boyish. Hence, I’ve always wanted them to have slightly longer hair (as in shoulder length) to make them look more like girls…
But my parents are strong proponents of short hair… plus my gals always perspire… so my mum have been trimming my gals’ hair short… literally… despite my regular objection. And it’s always the case of trim first, then let mummy know… or worse, don’t say anything and see if mummy can detect the trim… sigh… -
dd’s hair is always kept short. That is the only style her barber (her daddy) can managed.

I think it will eventually become black. One of my cousins looked like an angmoh baby (with brown hair and pinkish, fair skin) when he was born but he eventually looked Chinese. -

Ya, the older generation always like that. What to do? Me and my sis also kena cos my aunt would trim for us FOC. Maybe you can slowly and subtly \"persuade\" your girls to grow their hair long. Then, when they are old enough to tell their grannies otherwise, they'll start keeping long hair.
My DD is like your 2 girls, cannot walk; must run, jump, hop, skip, etc to get from Point A to Point B. She also perspires very easily but she has past shoulder length hair.
