For the record, please don't use 'much'. Reminds me of horrible things I had to go through. o.O
No, I would go as far as to say that such competitive behaviour is largely restricted to IP schools. And well, the workload? Well I don't know, they stuffed us with tonnes of performance tasks that don't make too much sense, bar the history and lit performance tasks. Over this hol I had to take home some work to do for next year as well. So there. Time management? Bah, yea, sure, it's the panacea to everything right? No amount of time management's gonna help if the teacher doesn't like what you are/do in the first place πŸ™‚
Oh.. can feel your unhappiness in your school. Since you are so unhappy, why don't you just change school. It may make your life better and happier. πŸ˜„

You see, I am still proud to be part of the Institution, as long as it is detached from 50% of the student community. Changing classes for next year, hope I get shuffled into a class with nicer, less scheming people.

No doubt there can be biased teachers but the onus is also on every student to ensure that he/she is likeable.

That isn't objective then, and our system is flawed.
