      my daughter psle is 264+3

      should i appeal for RGS?
RGS is a very good school but you need to talk to her to see if she wants to go. If she doesen't, you shouldn't force her to go as she won't perform to her full ability if she doesen't really want to go.
If she does, I think she should go for it but you should also make use of the other options and fill up all 6 choices.

        Hi all,

Hope i can get some advise please. My son didn’t do well for his PSLE. Only managed 194 with A in English and Science, B in Maths and C in Chinese. Though eligible for Express but choices are really limited. Probably need to take up Normal Stream. We are deciding between St. Andrew and St. Gabriel, can anyone share your views of these 2 schools with me?

        Appreciate your kind advise please.
        Desperate Mom.

Dear all, my daughter scored at 223. Not very sure which school to choose. Any advise please? Her CCA is international dance.

Is Crescent Girls totally out for her since it's cop is 240 or should we risk it?

          Confuse mom. :?:

the 2009 EESIS COP was 261. this was a drop from the 2008. THis drop in 2009 EESIS COP caused the 2010 Sec School COP entry for many sec school to drop by 3-4 pts.

this year EESIS COP is 260. Based on this, 2011 Sec School COP will be lower.

My DS scored 254+2. Badly wanted to go one of the so-so IP Schools like HCI or NJC. Should I appeal? How likely is he going to go to that school. If not, are there any other suggestions other than VS?

My son got 195 points. He got B C B. He is exempted from mother tongue. It may not be a very good mark for some of you but I am extremely proud of him. He got a chance to chose NA or Exp. Why am I proud of him? Because he has a learning difficulty and still managed to do this well. :rahrah: I know the amount of anixiety he was under before the exams. But he still made me proud. 💋 I am sure he will be model to other children with learning difficulties. We have decided to opt for NA in a school with good special needs support. All the best all 2010 students you have done your best.

I celebrate with you too! :rahrah:

Congrats! You're a great parent and I'm sure he'll continue to thrive with your love and understanding. Good job!
