My neighbour’s dd got 226. Any suggestion which school she can try? We are in the west around Clementi. My neighbour doesn’t want Clementi Sec as it is next to the next shooping complex. Do you think she can try Commonwealth Sec?

I read the 2 sentences in RED v carefulley, word by word....
the 1 st sentence, i believe anyone who reads it will surely interprets as
\"does not include HCL bonus points\" meaning that the pupils cannot use the HCL bonus points (regardless of 1, 2 or 3 points)
to add to their T-score to meet the cut-off-point.
so the 1 st sentence is incorrect.
BUT the 2 nd sentence is correct, it is the lowest t-score for anyone without HCL to get into that SAP school.

Anyway, Jtoh has already explained it very distinctly

so in short for the sake of other P6 parents who are applying for SAP sec sch
ADD 1 , 2 or 3 points to the T-score if yr child has HCL
ADD 0 to the T-score if yr child has no HCL
i think Simple as that.............

RV is a SAP school, so the HMT can be used, so if accepted, he would be accepted based on the T-sore of 254, which is 3 marks about RV current COP of 251. Good luck.

would like to clarify some of the doubts about CHS so hopefully can get some opinions in this forum...

is it true that CHS students are not very motivated to do well and most do not end up in good JCs?

i don't think so leh base on the yearly 'o' level result. They are one of most top 'O'level scorer sec school after St Nic.
I know someone whoes son was in CHS and did very well in last year'
O\"' level, 9A1 and now in VJC, LOL.

So it looks like it does not matter whether CHS or VS. But CHS is a SAP school.

Hi All,


My girl score a 190 in her PSLE as she was sick on her Math Paper ,
she was given express and Normal Acd. which school should i choose for 190 leaving in Bedok? poor girl as she don't have much choices.....

she was aiming at Ngee Ann Sec. but the score is too high even for NA which COP from 192-199...

anyone know a school which is good and with a low COP for Express? or any opinion is welcome.

i have spent the entire morning researching and posting questions, asking around juz to make sure we don’t regret the choices we r going to make…
getting the results doesn’t mean the end of the stress , sigh!
