          Hi,

Can anyone recommend a good hotel that kids will like to stay at for Universal Studios?

Definitely Festive Hotel for family with kids. The rooms have a loft bed beside a queen bed as well as a pull out sofa bed.

How is the service because the hotel price during the holiday season is different from the normal rate as I am interested as well.

Festive Hotel is the best choice for family fun. They have 4 hotels there of which one of them is for invitation only. But if you like to laze in the pool, Hard rock cafe is also a good choice. They have very nice pool with artificial sand to play with. that day I saw a group of boys gig a 0.5m hole!

The cost for a night stay at Festive hotel, Deluxe Family King should cost $260++ excluding breakfast. That’s fr sun night to Thursday only. Weekend rate is different. However, one needs to apply for Resort World membership to enjoy. Can do so online, but need to collect the card at the hotel. It’s free. One carpark space allocated for each room, n car entry to sentosa is free.

Normal published rate should be $400++ per night including breakfast.

Tips: what I did is that I also bought some resort world vouchers online at a 20% disc, so all in all, my 2 night stays come out to be around $520. It’s much cheaper than the packages tat the hotel offers.

Hope u all dun find me too calculative, but this kiasu gesture can help save about $200.
