Aiya, you are welcome haha we really appreciate your free community programmes too.

My children are very excited about the Write a Book programme esp, they are thrilled to think that they can have a chance to publish their own storybook so they are working very hard to try to get in. Its an excellent way to motivate them to learn their phrases! Even if they do not get in, at least they have learnt a lot of good vocabulary.

TAS is short for The Alternative Story.
An enrichment centre that helps students with the English Language
up till Secondary School level. They also offer Science & Mathematics
programmes. Some programmes are also ability based where higher
ability children can be further enriched to achieve bigger potentials...

They currently have 3 centres. Main & first branch in Yishun, another
in Paya Lebar and finally one in Bt Timah Shpg centre that recently
opened; much to the delight of fellow westies.

TAS has been applauded for their creative ways of teaching children
language. They also have fun ways to teach children how to memorize
Science facts and offer occasional field trips to follow up with what has
been covered in class.

The teachers are all knowledgable, patient and extremely passionate
about what they believe in and you can see it almost immediately the
minute you speak to anyone of their educators.

TAS Creative Writing book is a compilation from TAS which was recently
launched as a guide for students and parents alike.

I'm currently awaiting the birth of my #3 and since the logistics part is
on me, i have to wait till next year before i officially make the decision
for my girls to join them... for the added fun enrichment. My family & I
have also recently shifted to our new home & that adds to the travelling
issues as i will have to bear in mind that i will be travelling with 3 children
to and fro TAS. My husband is working and i am a stay-home-parent. I'm
hoping that my children can have the privilege to learn with TAS soon.
I have joined in their parents workshop & was thrilled to be able to speak
personally with some of their educators & volunteers. Their passion for
what they do truly shows from how they relate to parents on the many
questions thrown at them. I sincerely hope that you find what you need
for your child to further enhance her learning potential. Take care. :hugs:

i only tried travelling with 3 kids alone when my maid went back to home country.

Thanks,wonder the AMK branch has the same schedule as the other branches?I'm trying to plan the classes for my ds and hope that their timing can match his.
