Elvi_76:
I am not sure whether I will run into any problems registering my kid in future for P1 in any schools near our matrimony flat, i.e. parents' flat in Bt Batok.
During P1 registration, schools only look at the addresses indicated in the parents' NRICs. -
Hi,
Anyone had SAPS top PSLE 2010? -
Hi,
is it true that Princess Elizabeth Primary School do not accept PV?
thanks -

Yes. No PV.Hi,

It happens to my boy’s P1 Registration. We were asked to change our address in IC to be the same for both parents. I guess only if you declared as divorce then they allow you to have separate address. My boy’s BC shows different address for mum and dad.

Hi all,
I need your advice. My husband is a old boy from St. Anthony and we are not staying around bt batok. But neither are we christian. How are our chances? And what phases are we in. Do I need to do pv? Thanks

Your child falls under Phase 2A. So far, we have not witnessed any balloting for this phase. Hence, your child's place is as good as guaranteed. You don't have to stay anywhere near Bt Batok, although staying near the school will reduce the travelling time for your kid.
There is no need for you to do PV. -
Hi,
I’m a catholic & am moving to Bt Batok. Intending to register my boy at St. Anthony which I think is within 1 km. Being a 1st time mom, so would like to check what are the chances under phase 2B? -

You may like to refer to the balloting history here: http://www.kiasuparents.com/kiasu/forum/viewtopic.php?t=424
Application in P2B for those staying within 1 km is considered safe. So far, balloting was required only in one year, the dragon year. Even then, balloting was for those staying beyond 2 km. -
