Anyone enrolled for N1 at Josiah Montessori next yr?

Hey Toddles, u got ur N1 in morning slot?
-
Iโm still wishing that my daughter will get the last slot for N2 tomorrow at Josiah. Hopefully the other mom will decline it.
I have visited One World Intl School along Upper Changi Road and I am very impressed with the facilities and environment itself. Itโs really a real school environment though it may not be as big as other Intl School in SG but itโs fine. I think the fees is just rightโฆ -

It's interesting how popular Josiah is, and that they have a waiting list, even though I've come to realise that it's really pricey...
hopefully it is worth every cent...

I am staying in Simei and my son is turning 15 months. I am thinking of sending him to a playground/classes. Any recommendations? I called up Josiah but seems like they do not have half day classes for toddlers at the Simei branch :([/quote] -

Nope, they only have N1 for kids in the year they turn three...
For toddlers your son's age, they only have once a week (nighttime) 1 hr playgroups...
there are quite a lot of other cc in simei though... I think Elfa and Orange tree have half day cc from 18 months onwards. -

Besides Elfa/Ortree, there is another cc - Star Learners also offers half day at Harvey Ave, behind Tropical Spring. Talking abt playgrd, SL (on semiD premises) does hv a compound for cycling & waterplay. -
Hi all,
Thanks for the replies.
Which school would you recommend if I can wait till he turns 18 mths? I am clueless and after reading all the posts, I become more confused... I guess personal experiences are more important than anything else.
I can travel abit to tamp or pasir ris and of course Simei will be the most ideal as I am staying in Simei
Many thanks in advance. -

Hi! I think it depends on your needs. Are you looking at a full day childcare, cos both parents are working and you don't have reliable help at home? Or do you prefer half day pre-school / kindergarten?Hi all,
Thanks for the replies.
