Alamak i dont even know which day and what time my girl supposed to go to school next year!! So it is 4th Jan (tuesday) ?? What time is the morning assembly ??

I am thinking of joining Alumi next year before I register my girl . Does anyone know what are the 'priviledge ’ of being one aside the imcreased chance during P1 registration ? Thanks !

Oops, better inform you in case you send your dd to school on a school holiday. I was surprised myself but first school day next year is on 4/1/11. 3/1 is a school holiday. Found this out from moe's website so must be correct.

Recommended to send your dd in by 7.10am. Gates close at 7.20am and assembly is after this.

Haha i guess its to make up for 1st Jan falling on a Saturday. My company also gives us off day on 3rd Jan since we are 5 days workweek now.

May I check if the current P2 girls use the English book \"Fantastic Mr Fox\" ?


I realise that for my P1 girl, they never use the Chinese character cards and seldom use the English text, so just wondering if it's necessary to buy the English text in P2.

If any P2 parents here would like to pass down their English textbooks \"Fantastics Mr Fox\", will be glad to get it from you.

Hi Ming u can just treat it as a storybook for ur girl even if the school doesnt use it.

I think P2's form teacher is same as the P1's one, the class no change right? Only in P3 then they change the form teachers.

When my daughter moved on to P2, the FT changed so unless the new P changed the rules, the FT in P1 does not follow the girls up to P2. Actually, I see some wisdom in retaining the FT but the school must have their reasons for not doing so.

If I remember correctly, the new staff list should be uploaded around the last 2 weeks of the holidays?? Ooops, I am kiasu as well as kaypo... :oops:

Oh really? But my dd's P1 and P2 form teacher was the same. And she be in P3 next year.

Haha I only know all the P1 form teachers next year coz i attended the P1 orientation and all their faces and names were flashed on the slides downloadable now from the school website.
