2010 COPs for 2011 Sec One Intake

Went to both cedar and st nic’s open house.

Cedar gave me a better impression as st nic was at the temporary site.
My marks could qualify for both.
But dint expect cedar’s marks to be lower

ACS(I) IP/IB program COP is 253

Is Temasek Sec COP for 2011 really 230? My neighbour's DD has 230 & chose Temasek as 1st choice but posted to Bedok View which was her 2nd choice. Why?
Another friend's DD posted to DHS with 253+2 which is lower than 257 listed above!

Also does ACSI have an express stream leading to O levels? What is the COP for it? Would be extremely grateful if anyone could clear this doubt? :?:

No. Her actually wanted to go Anglican but changed her mind & submitted DHS as 1st choice. Just met her mother early this morning.
