      I have just gotten into Cedar.

      I am really nervous for tmr as all my classmates aren't going there.
      Are the teachers' there friendly?
      The teachers are awesome! ;D Some of my favourite teachers have left the school though 😞 After all, as long as you do your work well and listen, every teacher is awesome(: I feel as if Cedar teachers are really sociable? As in, you can talk to some of them as though they're friends. But of course, there will be boundaries.

        HEYYA. COOl, im a primary 6 this year and i got 250 for psle and was posted to CGSS which is my first choice, planned to go there with my friend who got 248 but she wasnt posted there but to her 2nd choice which is CCHMS, shes gonna appeal, and hopefully she gets in, πŸ™ or i'll feel so lost there. πŸ˜•

        just curious about some qns;
        1. what ccas get more cca points there?
        2. how does cedar puts the pupils posted to cgss in the classes?
        3. i heard from my sec2 senior there that she doesnt really use the laptop which she bought alot, so will the next year batch of sec1 be using the laptop more often like almost evryday?
        well, i guess thats about it. anyw, its kinda nice that im gonna be a cedarian since i was from cedar primary school, so i can visit my tchers easily πŸ˜„
        Hi!
        Sports CCAs do get more points. Particularly track and field(: But you must be good enough to be on the school team to have the 'full package'. Choir and Uniform groups are also a near 100% confirm to get an A1 for CCA. Provided you have the discipline to attend CCA often.

        They sort of randomly put them around? But then again, C,H,A are considered the 'top' classes. I guess because of the PSLE math grades. The students in classes C,H,A are required to do a Math Olympiad test.

        Next year's sec 1 batch will definitely be using the laptops more frequently. But I guess it also depends on the teacher - some feel better if laptops are not used - y'know social network websites issues.(facebook is blocked) If I'm not wrong, an online textbook for science is used next year? I bought the cd for it =_____=

            Hah I think it’s easier to say who your ft is than give you a list of nice teachers? The list is really non exhaustive you know.

                      Hi,

                      Any successful appeal so far from Cedar. My dd got 248 but was not successful so we appealed again yesterday. Just want whether Cedar started processing those appeals.

                      Thanks

                        Facebook is only blocked on school's wireless. The school wireless blocks a website after it has a certain number of hits. It even blocked google before. -_- If you're accessing Internet through LAN, you can still access fb.
