Clothes for children
-
I find it hard to buy reasonably priced and good quality T-shirts which are not too colourful or hv loud prints for my boys.
On our last Taiwan trip, I bou 5-6 T-shirts from a dept store with discounts for my #2. 100% cotton and shape does not distort after washing.
My elder boy is now wearing those I bou at least 2 years ago. He will soon need new ones as these seem a little short now. He is the fussy one- no loud colours/designs, no kiddy design, no sewn on prints. -
Recently I was in Bangkok so bought a lot of polo Ts for DS. Quality not too bad though not authentic, but he doesn't mind as long as it is polo Ts (DS prefers polo T to round collared T). Also bought quite a few cotton dresses for DD - very nice floral prints they have and good quality 100% cotton material too - not too wrinkled if hand-wash and hang to dry (so no need to iron  ). Was in Jakarta earlier also bought DS long and 3/4 pants. Price and quality much cheaper and better.
In Singapore, children clothes are too expensive and the cheap ones do not have the quality or style. Much better to stretch the dollar and get from abroad when you travel. Actually can do the once-a-year stock up! -

Ya, an once-a-year stock up
Are those clothing in Bangkok made in Thailand or China?
Hubby bou 2 t-shirts for me from Australia (but made in China), just one machine wash already out of shape at the sides
The ones we got from Taiwan better quality than these China made Australia sold

Since you asked, I was curious enough to check out the polo Ts. Tag said \"Made in USA\" Can you believe it :rotflmao: . I supposed it is from some factories in Thailand since it seems to be the common items sold there. So far ok after wash - no \"expansion\" or \"shrinkage\" :lol:Pen88n:
