Process starts in July each year. There are several forums in attached links which you may wish to check out on Q&As on the P1 registration process. Good luck! http://www.kiasuparents.com/kiasu/forum/viewtopic.php?t=3311

              Hi All,

I've been reading this forum on and off but well.. the time has finally come for us to register our oldest girl for Primary 1 this July.

Glad to see many fellow parents here. It's our first time so getting a little stressed now.

We've got 3 girls and I would like to put them in an all girls school so naturally, there aren't that many choices.

We've more or less decided to try for MGS under phase 2B as we're Methodists.

Praying hard that we'd be able to register her without balloting.

Hope to learn more from mummies and daddies here. πŸ˜„

                  Hi Janet,

Yes, we are. But after last year, balloting needed even within 1km, I dare not be too hopeful. 😒

                  How about yourself?

My daughter just started P1 in CHIJ TP (my former school) this year.
Understand your worry, esp since there are quite a few new condos around RGPS.

How is your girl settling into P1? Can't really believe time passed so quickly and it'll be my turn this time next year.

I was from IJ too, but sending her back there would be quite a distance from where we're staying.
