BTW, 20 out of 140 is very little. Do u know if they have more grassroots leaders taking up the places at phase 2B, that's why so little places allocated for PV this time round or some other reasons?

I am not selected yet, only went for interview. From the past yr record, there are only 56 seats under Phase 2B. So I guess they reserved half for PV and the rest for grassroot. :xedfingers:

BTW, can I ask if you attach any resume together witht the PV application form? From the interview, which areas of expertise do u think they are more interested in? Did they ask u what would u do if you are not selected as PV? Any \"model\" answers to recommend?

The above quoted from Roysth's website. Let's hope we are selected for PV. Btw, even PV still need to ballot if not lucky. Was told 1 PV done 100hrs work and need to ballot in 2007, she was the only one not balloted eventually. Oh my god!
