I have this model! (or fairly close, I think).

It’s so so. The bread is not so good like what you buy outside. It’s hard, has a more floury taste, and doesn’t keep well. Not sure if all bread machines are like this because this machine is the 1st I’ve ever bought.

About difficulty, not difficult at all. Just difficult to eat, cackle. (Unfortunately true). I love the Japanese soft rolls or the hard European textured ones from Cedele. The bread from this machine doesn’t come close. My recipe is straight from the machine pamphlet. I tried other recipes too but the outcome is similar.

Oh whew!! U too Blobbi?!? Glad to know I'm not alone as I have the same prob too.

Mine is the older model and whilst it was easy to bake the breads with the breadmaking machine, my breads didn't turn out as soft as how I like it to be. The other headache was the washing up. Found that a chore. In the end, it's a white elephant. And I'm not just referring to the logo, pun not intended 👅

Then again, I aint no Nigella Lawson so don't just take my word for it. 😉

Blobbi, schweppes, serious ah? There goes my Zojirushi dream too...

Anyone has used a Bluesky and switch to Zojirushi?

The Bluesky was a gem to me. Lovely bread it made and one would eat it non-stop... Aiya....I so miss my breadmaker. 😞

Bluesky was a brand brought in by Carrefour and it sold like hot cakes.
When I called Carrefour, they said that they were not bringing in anymore and I had no idea why. When I contacted the Bluesky in US, they would not ship to Singapore too. So that was that...and I don't think the hope I have created can actualise....

Hi, my friend bought Panasonic and said it's really good. I haven't used it myself though. Thought of getting one too. The last time I tried making bread was manually i.e. using hand to roll the dough etc and making sausage bun. Unfortunately, the bread wasn't fluffy enough. :stupid: :stupid:

Ya lor... why must the Japs make their products so good?! 👅 😉

Hmmm..... actually, come to think of it, my white breads did not turn out that fantastic. But my banana bread did. Maybe time to take out the old machine and work its magic again. :preen:

I was thinking of buying this one since my friend uses it and said its quite nice

                      http://www.morphyrichards.co.uk/ProductDetail.aspx?Product=48268#ctl00_PageBodyContent_Product_Detail_ctl12_lblAccordionPane7
Fastbake review seems good but I cannot seem to find the dimensions of the breadmaker. Also, where to buy, online? Shipping charges may kill me... 😉
