great idea, the list. yes, I dig out those two letters from her bag, copied the new timetable. Have signed DD up for the swimming lesson.


Last night the homework is manageable, only a few letter blanks to fill in. I am thinking of getting DD to finish this kind of homework during her stay in school during the week days… not sure whether it is possible, so the night time can be less stressful for both she and us parents. Maybe not, their timetable already looks so packed.

She also looked a bit tired last night. I think she is still adjusting to life without afternoon nap. I bought her new bigger school bag to try on her…oh my, so big so heavy with books, water bottle and lunch box inside… from behind, almost can’t see her tiny body… I can’t help but pity kids of today somehow…

Hi everyone, I am joining in the conversation. Prior to join the communications, can I know what is DD and what is DS please? I left the KiasuParent Forum for some times, I am glad that I suddently open this today and see so many parants like me … I mean have to support our little Miss or Mr "don’t know".

Ai yo, still don’t have any other parents from 1H? Quite bad situation at 1H now bec the form teacher is on sick leave since Day 2 till now. That prob explains why no homework, no list of things to bring or do. Trying to find out when she will be back.

Btw, if your child’s art class teacher is Mr Sin and if your child say bring poster colour, be careful, don’t buy the wrong one. He is referring to poster colour PENCIL! I have not heard of such pencil where one draw with it and with a wet brush, it turn into poster colour. Need to buy one myself and see how magical it is.

Btw, any one know what is PAL?

No, I don’t stay in Tpines. I am at Pasir Ris so everyday DS take school bus to PCS.

School life these days not easy … unlike our time, So care free…

Me feel the hassle everyday have to check his bag, homework … endless…
then what to bring for next day …especially after a busy day at work …

Wonder after he reaches P6, How will I look like ?? Aged at least another 10 yrs … Sighhh
