Happy Mama:
Every breadmachine will have it's own recipe book and it will show you the sequence of dumping in the ingredients, but most machines start off with the liquids at the bottom and dry ingredients at the top. It's idiot proof, you can't go wrong, but whether the recipe is nice or not, that is another story lah!Wow!!! Coooool.....
Confirm must buy already!
By the way, where to get the recipes ah? Does it come with the instructions on the breadmaker? Otherwise, how to have the right sequence? Wait put wrongly all messed up.
Hmmm, cannot imagine how a breadmaker can make kaya lei. So excited to try! :dancing:
Using a breadmachine to make kaya is easy. Just dump in the coconut milk, eggs and sugar and set to jam function. I will use my blender to blend the kaya into a smooth texture after cooking. -
25hourmaid:
Basically, it's bread flour, water or milk, eggs, sugar, salt, butter or shortening and most important of all, yeast. Of course, these are not in the correct order of dumping into the machine.
Yes sequence is super important, it will make or break your bread. -
