According to Calendar of Events state it is this Fri 14/1/11 and the Curriculum Briefing is on 15/1/11: http://www.rgps.moe.edu.sg/cos/o.x?c=/wbn/calendar&uid=1762&ptid=49155 . Additionally you'd have received the Term 1 & 2 schedules in a two-pager A4 printout yesterday from FT right?

When I’m in doubt and can’t get the ans from KSP, then I will
1st email the teacher-in-charge
2nd (if no ans from 1) call the teacher-in-charge
3rd (if no ans from 2) go to the school and look for the teacher-in-charge -
KSP:
How long do u wait before calling the teacher, and where do u find her phone number? I have just done step 1, waiting to do step 2 next hee..When I'm in doubt and can't get the ans from KSP, then I will

Write a note with my number and ask my dd pass to the teacher. When the teacher call then I will have the number.

Oops, you had to make an extra trip?
I once overheard the guard refusing to allow a parent to go into the school when the student forgot her art bag. He said something like the (previous) P wanted them to learn to be responsible. Tough lesson for both parent and child because the child would most likely have been scolded. -

en, it's a good point to let them learn to be responsible. I should not send to her this morning.ctct61t:

Last year the FT always called from the staff room so we had to either call the GO to ask her to return our calls or see if anyone in the staff room picked up the phone. This year, the FT gave all the parents her handphone no. If not too urgent, can email but I don't know how often they check their emails.
