Wah friend!!! Not one but 3 loaves!! *salute*

They looked great indeed, you 've got flour fingers!!!

      Totally agree!! :hi5:

Breadmaking is therapeutic as looking at the loaves gives great satisfaction other than eating it.... 😉
U're right. That's a certain joy and satisfaction derived from breadmaking. Initially dh was not keen that I get another kitchen gadget. But once we were at Tangs and when I started breadmaking this evening, he got all excited too. He's already made his next request which is the Banana bread.

As for dds, both were too excited to go to sleep before the bread was completed.

btw, can i ask, where do u buy yr blue board, isit used for kneading the dough ?? i like its size, huge enuff......
The blue board is actually a glass cutting board. About A3 size, very good for cutting, chopping and yes, kneading dough etc too! Love it!

Bought it from a shop in Bedok years ago, not sure if you are still able to find it. Shop is next to Shop n Save, think it is still there, but not sure if you can still find the glass cutting board. I very kiasu, bought 2 pieces at that time, still have one in my cupboard, just in case this one breaks!
