Yes, me too! The joy I feel when holding her hands and even kissing them. Till now I enjoy kissing her cheeks and she likes it when I do that too... She will also run to me and give me hugs and want me to cuddle her tight... but sometimes I just wonder how long this will last. So... we should treasure every moment we have with our little ones...

I am surprised he would still want to hold my hands at P5...but like what you said, hold his hands for as long as possible. As for my daughter, I hug her and she will tell me, 'I am not your bolster'.

Heads up for those in GB or planning to join GB…this Dec, there is a Cambodia mission trip. How cool is that!!! How I wish it is in June instead.

She is very petite and perfect bolster size for me. HaHaHa.
This gal is straight and sometimes too blunt…it’s like someone taught her to say what she shouldn’t. Hubby & I don’t talk adult matters in front of her.

Heads up for those in GB or planning to join GB....this Dec, there is a Cambodia mission trip. How cool is that!!! How I wish it is in June instead.

Visiting Cambodia will be good for building values in children. I remembered when ds saw that 5 yr old kids in Thailand had to go to the ring to fight for a living (iirc it was Muay Thai sparring), he was very much affected. And he said many things afterwards which showed his sentimental side. I guess that's the reason why he tends to cry a lot (cry baby champ this one). Cos he feels a lot deeper than most kids his age.

I think so too. To let the children experience and see how other children in less privileged environment live. To lend a helping hand to build needed facilities and care for these children. It is a very meaning experience that those who are involved will mostly probably remember for their entire life.
