Welcome to the \"bread\" thread, twinklejoy... Actually 25hourmaid, ksi, autumnbronze and schweppes have been very helpful and motivating in this thread especially when I made a booboo during my virgin bake.guess what?
after reading all the exciting breadmaking last week, I've finally convinced DH to buy me a breadmaker!
we are actually bread-face family! 
called GAB last sat and confirmed that they still have stock for that z brand and cost the same price ksi has mentioned and even further confirmed their operating hours(was told they would closed at 9pm).so the whole family went down...(please be warned that it's extremely difficult to find a parking slot..we waited for a full 35mins to get one!!)dashed to the shop and only to find out that they were CLOSED for the day!!! :!: :stupid: my watch indicated as 8.20pm ONLY
was so disappointed!! 
then yday, we went to courts to continue our search(GAB was not open for biz yday)..and found Severin and Kenwood.
We bought Severin as I remember this brand was mentioned here so.. it's sitting comfortably on my kitchen top now
I have bought all the ingredients and is ready to start my virgin baking... yahoo! :dancing:
thanks to ksi, happymama, 25hoursmaid and the rest, to have started this breadmaker searching and making discussion... :rahrah:

Yes, thanks for the Z recipe. Followed it to a T yesterday and baked 3 mini loaves with it. :celebrate:Hello 25hourmaid, sorry I went to bed after my last post so only got to see your lovely bread now. So since your Bluesky kaput, you thinking of getting the Z machine soon? Haha!
No lah, no intention of getting the Z at the moment. Don't see a need for it since my Bluesky can still knead and proof. Will only get a new one if it is not able to perform anymore, after all, I can still use the machine to knead and proof and bake it in my oven, right? :lol: -

I feel like trying my 2nd loaf later this afternoon. Hopefully results will be good, otherwise, all of you will be tickled at my photo again.

The blue board looks cool! 25hourmaid, you bought it from Phoon Huat is it?
No, you read wrongly. The glass cutting board is not from PH, but at a shop near to Shop n Save and Phoon Huat in Bedok. Think it is either sandwiched in-between those two shops or next to one of them, forgot already. It is a shop that sells pots and pans, utensils etc. -
