Oooh! So tempted to get the Z machine now.

Go, go, go, it is a good investment! :celebrate: Think of the number of fluffy pillows that you can churn out for your family, not forgetting kaya too, but just that this machine cannot give you kopi and soya bean milk lah!
You have read and seen for yourself, so what are you waiting for?

Go and give it a try again, but I am sure now that we have narrowed down the problem, your mini loaf will not tickle our sides anymore, rather, maybe it makes all of us go \"wow\", I want to invest in the Z machine now? :?I feel like trying my 2nd loaf later this afternoon. Hopefully results will be good, otherwise, all of you will be tickled at my photo again.

25hourmaid, after seeing your bak kwa pictures, it made me  and feel like making my own bak kwa too.
But first thing first, I need to search for the recipe on the internet!

I set my oven to 175 to 180 and bake for about 20 mins or so, but then again, first of all, you have to know your oven, secondly, have to play by ear and see if the browness is to your liking or not.
Oh yes, must remember to grease your loaf pan hor!

Happy Mama:
Yes, definitely no space for another breadmachine and will not comtemplate another till my Bluesky refuses to work anymore.
Oops, yes your Bluesky has served you so well, so cannot forsake it until it's completely gone. Hehehehe!
