Here's my first loaf. A basic regular loaf. And it's delicious! Soft and fluffy on the inside, crispy on the outside. πŸ™‚

Hey jtoh, your knife is good. You managed to cut the slices so thinly!

Just curious jtoh, can share which knife brand u using?
Thanks everyone for your advice and comments. πŸ™‚

Schweppes, the knife is Kai. I bought it together with my machine today, based on everyone's advice that a bread knife was essential. πŸ™‚

In fact over ripe banana is much better. For best tasting banana bread or cake, shld use banana that already have black spots. They are the sweetest and most flavorful.

thanks b2b3m4, will go to the market 2morrow and hunt for the banana with black spots. If I am able to find it, will sure make banana bread 2morrow πŸ™‚

Yes, the brand is Kai. $13 from Taka. I was looking at Henckel, saw the price ($69 or $100+) and decided a cheaper alternative would do. It's very sharp and slices well.
