Bad news! Got slight problem with my car as I was about leave home :stupid: :stupid: So didn't manage to go Taka and I don't think I can reach there before 12 noon today, to escape the ERP and off-peak traffic in Orchard! :stupid: :stupid: -

I'm so tempted to get one too but DH says NO. He thinks it'll end up as another white elephant in the kitchen! But I am so so inspired by all the bread pix here.

As I was mentioning to other bread buddies in this thread, even if it becomes a white elephant, it will be a CUTE white elephant.

Haven't gone to buy bananas yet. I might bake a mozarella cheese loaf today as I have the ingredients at home.

I am baking raisin bread today, but what a pity I couldn't get the knife today, so can't slice my bread professionally. :stupid: -

My bread is ready and today, it has risen higher than yesterday. Only thing is because I don't have a proper knife, I was not able to slice it nicely. Hence all the choc chips got \"smeared\" and bread doesn't look good, but taste wise, very very good! :drool: :rahrah:
Main thing is that it should taste good since after goes into stomach it will just get smeared
