Yes, it is.
Sent my daughter for RC enrichment last year (K2)...believe the teacher is from PCF. Very systematic. -
I think PCF curriculum is quite ok but i think the standard and system etc might differ from centres…
P1 work actually still manageable… just need to make sure your kids are exposed to hanyu pinyin for CL… simple english full sentence writing and grammar… and simple counting for Math should be quite sufficient. -
From what my kindy has been working with my child,
for maths, it should include addition, subtraction, multiplication, how to tell time with analog clock, number bonds, simple factions, know the different presentation of numbering eg: 1,2,3, one, two, three, 1st, 2nd, 3rd, first, second, third, etc
For English is to work towards independent reading, spelling, phonics, simple sentence, grammar, know the difference between singular and plural words, vocab building, punctuation, etc
For Chinese is to work towards independent reading, tingxie, writing with the correct strokes, recognizing characters and hypy, etc
Not all PCFs are created equally, so you probably have to visit a few if you can -

Stress as in the Primary schools are having so many different programmes so more stress in selecting one. If can't get the one we like, knowing the many extras other schools are implementing outside of MOE curriculum, more stress to expose my kids to more stuff
