Can your neighbour help to fetch your child?
For me, I have the same issue, so I negotiated with my boss to start work 30 min earlier and ends my day 30 min earlier in time to fetch my kid from the student care. -
Well, my two neighbours are two pair of young working couples, so may not be a long term plan to request them to fetch my kid from school daily.
