Ohh really? But I thought most of the premix state at medium speed or what ever speed required. Ok, will try to look for it again.

      Thank you jtoh.
No need. If you have a mixer you can use it. Otherwise just stirring with arm muscles is fine. Super easy. One big bowl to wash at the end of it. No need to wash the mixer šŸ˜„

Try making it with Philadelphia Cream Cheese, it taste great!

Will alway use Philadelphia Cream Cheese for any recipe calling for cream cheese.

Philadelphia cream cheese is the best. Very nice for spreads too. But very fattening. šŸ™‚

Anyone ever try not to bake the cake but to steam the cake. My mom back home is selling steamed brownie cake

sometimes, i'll use the microwave to \"cook\" the cake.
super fast....for a small cake, 2-3 mins will do, unlike using the oven, which needs 45 min or so. šŸ˜›

            Okie, here are the pix.

A simple chocolate cake from Green's pre-mix (no artificial colours and flavours).

Verdict: The oldies liked it. They said it was not too sweet. DH said it would be even more nicer with vanilla ice-cream.

This is the pre-mix I used.

Just to share that I had to whisk the icing powder and butter to make the chocolate icing. I went against the instruction by also adding low fat milk as I did not want the icing to taste too buttery. I really liked the outcome.

DS helped me add the sugar pearls and coloured dragees.

Okie, thanks for the compliments .... but I have to admit that its not the most masculine looking cake. But DS wanted to put something and it was this or the gummies
