        Hi

        Need some advice:

Is it ok for me to send in the PV application form to 2 different schools and finally just select 1 to complete the 40 hour duty?

        Thanks

You can send in to as many schools as you like. And even to perform PV in several schools if you are selected.

Do note that schools manage their PV independently, so selection criteria, procedures, closing dates, number of hours, etc are different between schools.

Sharmum, i guess they will ask questions like how can u contribute, and if u are working how would u find time to pv. Nyps requires 80 hours right? Maybe they will ask whether u able to continue beyond the 80 hours after ur kid get a place. Dont worry too much, good luck

Thanks Luanee and Janet for your advise!! :thankyou:

Yes, just have to wait for Wed and hope everything is smooth !! πŸ™

Traditionally, Nan Chiau requires balloting in phase 2B for those living in 1-2km. So if you do complete the PV, you at least stand a chance to ballot. But do keep in mind that there's always a chance to fail to be balloted.

If you are fine with that outcome, then by all means try for it. But always have a plan B in place in case you fail to get a place.

And remember you will have to contend with SHHK members as well as grassroot members also. Good luck
