      BigDevil:
The only obvious choice.....my former primary school NYPS. DD is now a P2 student there.

I would like to have my son studying in CHS since our home is just beside it, but alas...this is most likely not going to happen.
You're staying in Bishan ? CHS is great for boys...affiliated sec and close to home.

We know...but we don't see ourselves giving up a confirmed phase 1 place, to ballot for 9 places in phase 2C! šŸ˜ž

Understand your frustrations...so close yet so far.
But definitely you cannot give up the CONFIRMED Phase 1 place. I went through that last year.

but for BigDevil's case, not worth the risk....furthermore, P1's place is NYPS somemore....

Wanted to register daughter in MGS...much much nearer home but that would be really dumb to do so...giving up Phase 1 and 2A2. No sane parent would do that. Hubby insisted on putting her in all girls school. As long as he's happy fetching her to school every morning, that's perfectly fine.

Maybe someone with a confirmed CHS place would like to trade for a confirmed NYPS place. šŸ˜‰

Wow, swopping now...if NYPS and CHS agrees to this, all hell breaks loose. HaHaHa.

For all you know, your son gets good results to enter CHS at PSLE.
You can write in to CHS to put your son on wait list too. In the meantime, enjoy NYPS which is a school many parents are trying to register their kids in. :celebrate:

That's what we are hoping. Hoping that his result is good enough

to apply for a transfer when he's in P3. šŸ™
