I have been doing some reading on the net and indeed, it seems a challenging task.

Haiz, i should have paid more attention during Science lessons

Tomorrow morning I am going to make another cranberry loaf and deliver it to my parents. Hopefully it turns out fine (unlike my raisin loaf).

Then in the afternoon, IF, I have the mood and the time, I will try wholemeal bread with cranberry. Don't know if I'm too adventurous. Heehee!!

You all know something? As I busied myself with my chores this afternoon, I was thinking how nice it would be if we could have a party, yes, all the bread kakis here, some may want to show off their breads, some their cakes and other goodies .... :drool:
