There is a long list of recommended books included behind. I THINK we have a choice. The required school reading only 6 (?) books, somehow must make up the difference.

This is a good thing for me. DS1 usually say he dunno when it comes to reading chinese books; but now with this, he boh pian and has to read out loud to me. heh heh heh

Did you call to ask the school? For activities, there should be some learning journeys coming up.
