Maybe I'm used to the shape of the Z loaf.
U think it looks deflated?? Hmm, maybe bcos it's a small loaf I chose, plus the top chao dar slice I discarded and I ate one slice by the time the loaf pic was taken, so it looks kinda short!!
Yours is a vertical pan?

Severin is definitely more value for money, and if you're going to feed 7, Z not enough.twinklejoy:
bought from courts, 188 bucks. saw Taka selling at 179 wor :stupid:
Wah, so Z brand at least $100 more. I think I chose the S brand cos it can make bigger loaves - need to feed 7 people in the house lah!
Hopefully, mine can repair and costs less than $100
Good luck on getting yours repaired.

[quote=\"LKVM\"]Just couple of days back I think there was another lady trying to sell her bluesky machine on KSP for 25 dollars.. u wanna contact her?
I saw it...but with so many of these machines going kaput (latest is Twins'), I'm not so sure about getting one that had been in storage....

Hey I like the look of your bread - half black half white. No advice on the choc chip thought coz I haven't tried this.Ok bread kakis.. yesterday I baked again.. DS1 wanted to have the choco chip bread so i converted the raisin bread to choco chip ie added choco chips instead of raisins.. the bread rise quite well but the the choco chip was only below  see the pics

The slices were not so nicely cut since DH cut it

Any idea why it happened?? it was written that when after 1st kneed add the raisin so I did that.. maybe should have added before? -
