      Hi,

This is my first time posting…My eldest son is going Pri 1 2012.
My husband is an ex-student of South view Pri, I guess my boy should be under the phase 2B. However, I prefer Bukit Panjang Pri cos we are staying within 1 km and the students seems to be more well-behave.
Wonder should I register for Phase 2B for ex-student in SV first, if fail, can register under Phase 2C for BBP?

Since your husband is an old student of South View pri, you have a confirmed place for your child. You can register at south view under 2A1 or 2A2 first then monitor your chance of getting into Bukit Panjang before you withdraw at south view to register at bukit Panjang.

            Dear parents,

We live in Yio Chu Kang area and now have 2 choices of schools to go to...

            1. Anderson primary (Phase 2A) or
            2. Yangzheng Primary (Phase 2B- under parent volunteer).

Anyone has any advise which is a better school? Thanks a lot 🙂 :?

Is too late to be PV in St Margaret's PS already.
You may want to try P2C in NCPS.

                  Hi GKmum,
P2A will be around 2nd week of July.
If you intend to put your child in BPPS, it will be P2C that will be around 1st week of August.
P2B is for PV like me  and grassroots.

Registration usually starts early July and runs all the way to end Aug. Phase 1 is done through older siblings. Phase 2A1 is roughly in mid-July and Phase 2A2 is 3rd week of July.

                        Hi parents,

May I ask for some advices on which school should my DD go for:

                        1. Raffles Girls’ Primary - Phase 2B; >2km
                        2. Singapore Chinese Girls’ Primary - Phase 2B; slightly off >2km
                        3. CHIJ (Toa Payoh) - Phase 2C; 1-2km
                        4. Hong Wen - Phase 2C; <1km

I’m helping out at grassroot community. DD is interested in art (painting & performing) and active in sports. She also shows much interests in Chinese language. While my preferred choice is SCGP, I’m afraid of balloting risk especially now that it’s in IP. From logistics angle, SCGP, CHIJ(TP) and Hong Wen are convenient. Advices much appreciated.
