for Pri 1, is there streaming in beginning Term 1 or Term 2 ?

if yes, which subject is streaming based on ?
mother tongue alone, or english, or maths ?

if no, how about Pri 2 - got streaming ?
what criteria ?

No streaming

Not sure previous years, but last year P2 has streaming, after SA2, for P3. Streaming based on overall results.

Should we petition to keep the old house shirts and keep them in production? The new ones aren't that pretty....

Read somewhere (PTA newsletter?) that they are designing a new house shirt. The PE shirt will be worn for PE,
while the house shirt will be worn for events like Sports Day.

In the same article, it was also said that students may continue to wear the old PE shirts until it's totally worn out.

Actually if such case, parents will have to buy the extra house tee shirt. Perhaps they should have just change a bit or the tee shirt material rather than the whole tee shirt design. I guess unlikely they will change back to old design as they already take the step to design it. last yr, on LEAD ds was also asked to do survey on the tee shirt. My friend shared with me that during P1 orientation, the uniform supplier sew up the gal's blouse so without the buttons on the shoulder. Many complained can't wear in, so silly or the supplier to do that. (*I know shanghai uniform is a od board but wonder how can this case of mistake can be made??)

Hi anyone know about any news on the rebuilding project of the current P1/2 classrooms up the hill? Heard its starting next year… wander what’s going to happen to the new batch of students next year.

last time they say looking for temp premises...but now my kids out of the school liao....perhaps house in container ?

the former Farrer Pri School used to house the P1 & P2 while they build the present new campus is now used as hostel....cannot use liao

How long ago have u heard abt the issue of 'looking for temp'... I hope the rebuilding project will delay...my kid entering NYPS next yr.

Last year I asked the admin people, they say they are still deliberating, with one possible option of having P1 & P2 in the afternoon session..

I did, I know a few PTA members since I did a few PV for my kids P1 orientation. But they don't seem to feel the same...

Today no choice got to get 2 more PE tee for my kid. I must admit the new PE tee material is better.
