Since peterch mentioned the shop at Temple Street, he reminded me about another shop also on Temple Street - Sia Huat. That one I know 'welcomes homebakers like us'. In fact, when my friend who is currently based in USA came back for a visit last year, she went goo goo gaa gaa over the things sold at Sia Huat, but for me, I walked in and out without buying anything. Yes, they do have bakeware etc.

Hi,

After I read 200+ pages on bread making thread, I bought a S machine and did make some good bread after quite a few failures. But it is so bread flour consuming, I wonder if anyone know where to get big package to save trips to store and save money too?
